Hazelnut Truffle
Ingredients:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- (finely chopped), 1 tablespoon cocoa,
- 75 ml cream, 20-25 hazelnuts.
Preparation:
Heat the cream in a sauce pan and melt the chocolate while stirring. Finally add the cocoa and stir. Transfer to a shallow dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight if possible. Take small pieces of the cooled chocolate mixture, put a hazelnut in the center, shape them into balls, place them on the tray and refrigerate for 1 hour. Coat the cooled hazelnut balls first with cocoa and then with almonds, coconut or pistachios according to your preference. Chill until serving. Bon appetit!
