Homemade Muesli
Ingredients:
- 500 g oats
- 1 teaspoon carob molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1 tea glass hazelnut.
Preparation:
Boil the molasses and honey mixture over low heat for 5 minutes. Combine the chopped oats and hazelnuts in a separate bowl. Mix the melted molasses and honey mixture with the nuts. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. After cooling at room temperature, crumble into small pieces. Bon appetit!
