Organic Carrot Pasta with Garlic and Olive Oil

Ingredients:

  • 200 g Orgibite Organic Carrot Pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon red chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • For the topping:
  • Grated parmesan or vegan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves

Preparation:

  1. Boil Orgibite Organic Carrot Pastain plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the package and drain.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet, add the garlic slices and fry lightly over low heat. When the color of the garlic starts to turn golden, add the red pepper flakes.
  3. Stir in the salt, black pepper and oregano.
  4. Add the boiled pasta to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
  5. Place on serving plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan and fresh basil leaves.
