Organic Carrot Pasta with Garlic and Olive Oil
Ingredients:
- 200 g Orgibite Organic Carrot Pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
- 1 teaspoon red chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- For the topping:
- Grated parmesan or vegan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
Preparation:
- Boil Orgibite Organic Carrot Pastain plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the package and drain.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet, add the garlic slices and fry lightly over low heat. When the color of the garlic starts to turn golden, add the red pepper flakes.
- Stir in the salt, black pepper and oregano.
- Add the boiled pasta to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
- Place on serving plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan and fresh basil leaves.
