Organic Rice Flour Pasta with Cream and Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 300 g Orgibite Organic Rice Flour Pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200 g mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 cup milk (vegan milk can also be used)
- 2 tablespoons cream (vegan cream can also be used)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper (optional)
- For the topping:
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan or vegan cheese
- Fresh parsley leaves
Preparation:
- Boil Orgibite Organic Rice Flour Pastain plenty of salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package and drain.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet, add the chopped garlic and fry for a few minutes. Then add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their juices (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add the milk and cream, stir and season with salt, pepper, thyme and optional red pepper flakes. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the boiled pasta to the pan and mix well with the creamy mushroom sauce.
- When serving, sprinkle with grated parmesan and fresh parsley leaves.
