Organic Rice Flour Pasta with Cream and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 300 g Orgibite Organic Rice Flour Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 g mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup milk (vegan milk can also be used)
  • 2 tablespoons cream (vegan cream can also be used)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper (optional)
  • For the topping:
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan or vegan cheese
  • Fresh parsley leaves


Preparation:

  1. Boil Orgibite Organic Rice Flour Pastain plenty of salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package and drain.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet, add the chopped garlic and fry for a few minutes. Then add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their juices (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Add the milk and cream, stir and season with salt, pepper, thyme and optional red pepper flakes. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add the boiled pasta to the pan and mix well with the creamy mushroom sauce.
  5. When serving, sprinkle with grated parmesan and fresh parsley leaves.
