Fig and Apricot Energy Balls

Ingredients

8 dried apricots
3 dried figs
half a glass of hazelnut
half a glass of walnut
1 tablespoon of honey,
½ cup coconut (for the top)

Preparation:

Put the dried apricots in the rondo, remove the stems of the figs by hand and add them to the food processor. Add walnuts and hazelnuts and pass through the rondo in short intervals. When the ingredients are broken into small pieces, add 1 tablespoon of honey. After running for 1-2 more turns, transfer the dough you have prepared into a bowl. Squeeze and roll it in your hand and make walnut-sized balls and place them on the plate. Dip the balls in coconut. Store in the refrigerator or in a dry place at room temperature. Bon appetit!
