Pasta Recipe with Pistachio Sauce
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 4 tablespoons Orgibite Pistachio Sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (optional, finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup cream (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- For the topping: Grated parmesan cheese or freshly chopped basil
Preparation:
- Boil the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package. After boiling, drain and set aside.
- Saute the Garlic: Add olive oil to a pan and heat it. Add the finely chopped garlic, if using, and saute lightly. When the garlic starts to smell fragrant, turn the heat down.
- Add the Sauces: Add the Orgibite Pistachio Sauce to the pan and heat, stirring for a few minutes. If you like, you can soften the consistency of the sauce by adding the cream at this stage. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the pasta: Add the boiled pasta to the skillet and mix the sauce well. Stir until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
- Serve: Spoon the pasta mixture onto plates. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese or freshly chopped basil and serve.
