Materials
1 cup roasted hazelnuts
2 soup spoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips or chocolate chips
Preparation of
Pulse 1 cup of hazelnuts in the food processor.
Add cocoa powder, honey, vanilla, salt, and chocolate chips to the processor. Pulse until they don’t stick together. If the mixture is too dry, you can add 1 teaspoon of water. Do not add too much water. Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls.
