Energy Balls wıth Fıg and Aprıcot

Materials

8 dried apricots
3 dried figs
Half a glass of hazelnuts
Half a glass of walnuts
1 tablespoon of honey
Half a glass of coconut (for topping)

Preparation of

Place the dried apricots in the food processor, tear off the stems of the figs with your hands, and add them to the food processor. Add walnuts and hazelnuts and run the rondo in short intervals. When the ingredients are cut into small pieces, add 1 tablespoon of honey. After working 1-2 more rounds, transfer the dough you prepared into a bowl. Squeeze and roll in your hands, make walnut-sized balls, and place them on a plate. Coat the balls in coconut. You can store it in the refrigerator or a dry place at room temperature.
