3 cups strained yoghurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3-4 tablespoons raspberry and strawberry pieces
¼ cup chopped pistachios
Preparation of
Cool the baking paper on the baking tray.
Mix yogurt and maple syrup or honey in a medium bowl. Spread the mixture into a rectangle on the baking tray. Sprinkle raspberries, strawberry pieces, and pistachios.
Freeze in the freezer for 3 hours until hardened.
Cut into cubes and serve.
