200g Butter
90 g Powdered Sugar
250 gr Llour
50 g Cocoa.
For the above: 50 g coarsely ground Ogibite Pistachios
Preparation of
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Place parchment paper in a shallow 23 cm diameter bowl. Take the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl and beat with a mixer until creamy. Add flour and cocoa and knead. Press it with your hand and spread it on the tray with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle coarsely ground pistachios on it and press lightly with your hand. Cut into 16 equal slices with a knife Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes. After warming, cut the slices finely.
