Prune Jam (Sugar-Free)

Materials

500 g prunes
1 large orange (can be any citrus fruit, such as tangerine, lemon, Etc.)
1 stick of cinnamon

Preparation of

Finely chop the orange into half-moon shapes.
Plums can also be cut in half if desired.
Put the chopped orange, prunes, and cinnamon sticks in a large pot and add water to cover it a little.
Cook covered for 40-50 minutes over low heat.
A little of the juice should remain solid and caramelized, and the fruits should soften and caramelize.
You can serve your jam after it has cooled a little and reached room temperature.
It can be stored in a large jar in the refrigerator for months.
